During assembly, critical dimensions and alignments are checked against engineering drawings. Sealing jaw alignment, film path positioning, and mechanical tolerances are verified at each stage.

3. 48-Hour Continuous Running Test

Every machine undergoes a 48-hour continuous running test before shipment. This test verifies:

• Seal strength and consistency
• Weighing and filling accuracy
• Bag length consistency
• Film tracking and registration
• Overall operational stability

4. Material Standard

All product-contact parts are made from SUS304 food-grade stainless steel. This ensures corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, and compliance with food safety standards.

5. Documentation & Test Video

Before delivery, we provide test video and data for your machine. You get full transparency on how your equipment performed during testing — seal quality, filling accuracy, and running stability.

We take full responsibility for quality and after-sales support. If there is a problem after delivery, you deal with us — not a third party. We handle warranty, spare parts, and technical support as your first point of contact.
